REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

CHIONE provides personalized Bazi and Liuyao readings, written reports, and private consultation services. Because each service is individually prepared for the client, our cancellation and refund policy differs from that of physical retail products.
1. Personalized Written Readings
You may request a cancellation and full refund before work on your reading has begun.
Once chart preparation, hexagram analysis, case review, interpretation, or personalized report writing has started, the order becomes non-refundable because the service has already been personally prepared for you.
Completed written readings and delivered personalized reports cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Private Consultations
Private consultations may be rescheduled when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.
Cancellations made before preparation for the consultation has begun may be eligible for a refund.
Once chart review, case preparation, divination analysis, or other personalized preparation has begun, the consultation fee becomes non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, missed appointments, and no-shows may not be eligible for a refund or replacement session.
If you arrive late, the consultation will normally still end at the originally scheduled time.
3. Liuyao Readings
Each Liuyao service is intended for one clearly defined primary matter.
Follow-up discussion during a private session must relate to the same primary matter. A new or unrelated matter may require a separate reading.
4. Bazi Readings
Bazi readings are prepared using the birth information and background information supplied by the client.
The client is responsible for providing information as accurately as possible. CHIONE is not responsible for limitations caused by incorrect, incomplete, or uncertain birth information.
5. Provider Cancellation
If CHIONE is unable to provide a purchased service, you may choose either:
• a new mutually agreed appointment or delivery date; or
• a full refund for the affected service.
6. Dissatisfaction With an Interpretation
A metaphysical reading is an interpretive professional service and does not guarantee a particular prediction, event, decision, or outcome.
Disagreement with an interpretation, or an outcome developing differently from what was discussed, does not by itself qualify an order for a refund after personalized work has begun.
7. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
If applicable consumer law grants you additional cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other rights, those rights will continue to apply.
